CODE OF CONDUCT FOR JUNIOR MEMBERS

Brook Cricket Club (the Club) is committed to ensuring the highest standards of behaviour from all members and guests of the Club.

As a junior member of the Club you are therefore expected to adopt the following code of conduct:

·       All players must play within the rules and respect the decisions of not only officials and elders but also their contemporaries.

·       All members must respect the rights, dignity and worth of all participants regardless of gender, ability, cultural background or religion.

·       Members should keep to agreed timings for trainings and competitions or inform their coaches or team manager if they are going to be late.

·     Members must wear the appropriate kit for training and matches, as agreed with the coach/team manager, and aim to remain presentable at all times when   representing the Club.

·       Members must make sure that all fees are paid promptly.

·       Junior members are not permitted to smoke or drink whilst representing the Club.

The Club prides itself on being a club founded on key family values.  It is important that every member of the Club feel as though they can share any concerns or complaints that they may have with a responsible member of the committee.
